EKOFUNGI RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Since we are food producers, we’re unable to accept back any of our products if you’re not happy with them, so we strongly encourage you to order a smaller quantity for your first purchase.
However, if you change your mind before the shipment of the product(s) that you’ve bought we will make a full refund of your expenses.
Complaints regarding the payment made are possible in the following cases:
- Card misuse,
- Amount entered incorrectly (zero more, etc.).
In the case of a refund to a customer who has previously paid with one of the payment cards, and regardless of the reason for the refund, this refund is made exclusively through the same VISA, Maestro or MasterCard card used for the payment. This means that at our request, our bank will make a refund to the cardholder’s account. All transactions on our site are calculated in Serbian dinars (RSD). If you have selected a different currency, the transaction value will be converted into dinars at the valid exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.
