EKOFUNGI Mushbread

Unique bread mix based on spelt organic flour, dehydrated mushrooms and pumpkin seed, with yeast. No baking powder or any other sort of additive! Grain and Flour are produced based on the traditional ways. All nutritive elements are fiber rich.
During baking, the kitchen will smell wonderful, strengthening all the senses. It is possible to bake bread in a home bakery, in which case use the program for integral breads.
