Another course of the EkofungiSchool has come to a conclusion at the Ekofungi farm. Our students — coming from Belgium, Italy, Japan and the United States — have undergone an intensive hands-on course on how to grow mushrooms on the basis of locally available byproducts. They are seeking to create new opportunities and enhance the sustainability of their their existing business, NGO and farm.
