Pour hot water over Ekofungi’s vegetable Gourmet mix (the amount of water should be 10 times of the amount of vegetables) and cook for 15 minutes, season with salt and pepper if necessary. Strain the liquid and keep the vegetables.
Chop the meat and fry it on oil, add already prepared vegetables, and stew it all together with a little bit of the liquid in which the vegetables were cooked. When boils, stir in the cornstarch fried on butter (until golden brown) as well as the cooking cream (whipped with egg yolk). Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
